Returns & Exchanges

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Crotchless lingerie (for hygiene reasons)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping address (our San Francisco boutique)
  • For exchanges: availability confirmation and size/color options
