Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Crotchless lingerie (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- Final sale/Discount items (as marked on product pages)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping address (our San Francisco boutique)
- For exchanges: availability confirmation and size/color options
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely (original packaging preferred) and include:
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
- Copy of your order confirmation
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Processing
Once received at our boutique:
- Returns typically process within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges ship within 1-2 business days after processing
- You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage
Refund Details
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Options
For size or color exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Free return shipping for exchanges (US customers only)
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
